Natural sweet, late-harvested white wine. Melante is the first sweet Moscatel wine born in La Rioja. Straw yellow colour, with an attractive look. Its aroma brings hints of flowers and honey, which is where its name comes from. A fruity flavour, it delights you with its finesse and rich nuances. A perfect wine to accompany any kind of dessert, or as a post prandial drink. Real liquid dessert.

Vinification
Fermented at low temperatures, spontaneously stopped when a certain level of alcoholic strength is reached, giving as a result a natural sweet wine.

Tasting
Pale yellow with glints of gold. Intense nose of fresh fruit, honey and orange peel. Tasty and dense in the mouth, with reminders of dried fruits and nuts and balanced sweetness and acidity. Long, pleasant finish.

Excellent to accompany foie, desserts, sweets and as a liqueur.
