Harvest
The fruit is harvested in the second fortnight in September. Picked at night. Selection in the cellar.

Tasting
A bright, pale-coloured wine, with great complexity. High aromatic intensity, with a predominance of exotic fruits. Smooth and pleasant to drink, with perfect balance and a long aftertaste.

Food pairing
Goes well with rice, pasta and vegetable dishes, as well as with foie, fish and shellfish, while it also makes a fine aperitif. Excellent for gastronomic suppers. Best enjoyed at a temperature of 9 to 12o C.
