Dry white wine made from selected grapes. Alisé is an elegant wine with a smooth, fruity palate, and very aromatic. It represents the happy medium between the freshness of the Davida and the explosion of fruit of Libalis, proving excellent served as an aperitif or to accompany any delicate dish.

Harvest
The grapes are picked during the first fortnight in September. Harvested at night.

Tasting
Bright straw-yellow with slight emerald hues. On the nose it reveals aromas of fruit and white blossom. Fine, fruity, tasty and dense in the mouth. A long finish, with grace and balance in its complexity. Lovely aftertaste in which the fruity nuances return.

Food pairing
Starters, all kinds of fish and shellfish, white meat and mild cheese, tempura and minestrone. An ideal wine to drink with sushi dishes.
