The blend of the three grape varieties (Muscat a petits grains, Viura and Malvasía) means that their life can extend into a third year and that the ideal time to enjoy them is between the 5th month after bottling and up to eighteen months later.

The emphasis put on obtaining the highest quality also means that smaller quantities are produced, as can be seen in the fact that they are bottles with numbered labels.
