The emphasis put on obtaining the highest quality also means that smaller quantities are produced, as can be seen in the fact that they are bottles with numbered labels.
Slowly but surely, thanks to the outstanding grape varieties growing in the Valles de Sadacia, a wide range of different wines have established their place in the market, responding to the varying tastes which are to be found lovers of white wines, from dry, crisp aromatic ones, via elegant, smooth, fruity whites to delicious, late-harvested sweet wines.
After surprising critics and restaurateurs, and receiving prizes in numerous international contests, the whites of Castillo de Maetierra are consolidating their privileged position among the elite of the world's white wine market.
